l thinking the situation over. I was sitting at my computer.

2 She came home and did tape it on my door while I was sitting

3 at my computer looking out the window.

4 	Q. 	So you're clarifying the past testimony then; is

5 that correct?

6 		MR. MOORE: Argumentative.

7 		THE COURT: Sustained.

8 	Q. 	(BY MS. Romano) Mr. Canada you submitted a claim

9 for discrimination with the Department of Fair Employment and

10 Housing, correct?

11 	A. 	That is correct.

12 	Q. 	It's true that that claim was closed due to no

13 probable cause for violation of the statute, correct?

14 	A. 	That's not quite correct. What they said -

15 		MS. ROMANO: Let me stop you there and show you a

16 document that we'll mark as -- we can mark it D-4 just for

17 clarity.

18 		THE COURT: Actually that's is Plaintiff's 4.

19 		MR. MOORE: I'm not sure I'm objecting, but a point

20 of curiosity, I'd move to have the fee hock admitted into

21 evidence.

22 		THE COURT: I'm just marking it as evidence.

23 (Plaintiff's Exhibit 4 was

24 marked for identification.)

25 		MR. MOORE: I'm objecting on the grounds of

26 relevancy as to this line of questioning.

27 		THE COURT: Overruled.

28 	Q. 	(BY MS. Romano) I'm showing you a letter dated
