l THE WITNESS: Here it is.
2 MR. MOORE: For the sake of completeness, I'm going
3 to offer this document into evidence as well.
4 MS. ROMANO: No objection, your Honor.
5 THE COURT: It will be received. That will be
6 defense next in order.
7 MR. MOORE: Before I rest with Mr. Canada, I don't
8 know if it's the appropriate time, I would like to review at
9 some point before the close of evidence the status of
10 documents that have been introduced into evidence in case I
11 need to complete any foundational requirements with
12 Mr. Canada.
13 THE COURT: Tina can you tell me which ones have
14 been admitted so far?
15 THE CLERK: We have 1, 2 and 3 with defendant's and
16 we have 4 as plaintiff's.
17 THE COURT: 1, 2, 3 and 4 have been admitted.
18 MR. MOORE: Do we know what those are?
19 THE CLERK: 1 is a letter regarding the medical
20 marijuana use dated January 1st of '04. 2 was a letter
21 regarding medical marijuana use dated June 16th of '04. 3 is
22 the letter that was placed on his door with the yellow sticky
23 on it and 4 is the letter from Department of Fair Employment
24 and Housing dated 4/30/04.
25 MR. MOORE: Thank you very Much. I don't know how
26 you handle it. I understand that you've ruled evidentiary
27 that I cannot introduce my videotape, but I do want to have
28 that with the Court.
