6 THE COURT: I need a certified transcript of it
7 before I'll accept it.
8 MR. MOORE: Okay. Can I prepare a certified
9 transcript and have it submitted to the Court.

12 court reporter sits down and does it?

14 MR. MOORE; We can arrange for that to be done.

16 MR. MOORE: I'd like to renew my discussion on the
17 FEHA complaint itself. I would like to take up -
18 THE COURT: We're not at the discussion stage.
19 We're in evidence stage.
20 MR. MOORE: I'd like to offer into evidence the
21 FEHA complaints given the fact that the Court has allowed into
22 evidence two letters subsequent to the filing of that
23 complaint.
24 MS. ROMANO: I don't have any objection.
