10 MS. ROMANO: I would like to call Ms. Millard in
11 rebuttal.
12 MR. MOORE: I was actually going to call
13 Ms. Millard as well.
14 THE COURT: I believe it's your case at this point.
15 MR. Moore: I'd like to call Ms. Millard, your
16 Honor.
17 THE CLERK: You do solemnly state that the
