1 Q. (BY MS. ROMANO) In what form did he give you
2 marijuana?
3 A. A brownie.
4 Q. What was the occasion that he gave you a brownie?
5 Do you recall?
6 A. He -- well, I used to take him over cakes and
7 cookies and all kinds of things, invite him over for Christmas
8 dinner. I was good to the man. He brought me over a brownie.
9 I thought he repaying me. I took a bite of it. It was
10 bitter. I spit it out and threw it away.
11 Q. What happened after that.
12 A. A few days later he asked me how I liked the
13 brownie. I told him it was fine. He said, well, he had put
14 some of his pot in it. I understand that's why I didn't like
15 it because it was bitter.
