9 		THE WITNESS: No.

10 		MR. MOORE: No further questions your Honor.

11 		THE COURT: Counsel.

12 		MS. ROMANO: No further questions.

13 		THE COURT: You may step down. Do you have any

14 other witnesses?

15 		MR. MOORE: No, your Honor.

16 		THE COURT: Counsel.

17 		MS. ROMANO: No your Honor.

18 		THE COURT: When were you going to get that

19 certified transcript of that tape to me?

20 		MR. MOORE: Today is Wednesday. If I could have

21 until a week, I don't know how long it's going to take me to

22 coordinate a court reporter.

23 		THE COURT: Okay. I'll take -- let's make your

24 argument.

25 		MR. MOORE: It would be my request, your Honor, if

26 possible, if we could in lieu of closing arguments submit

27 written briefs on the issues and those have to you by next

28 Wednesday.
