2 There is another side issue set forth in her

3 answer that the amount of monthly rent was 385 or had been

4 385 since the date of inception. So I guess that's a

5 disputed fact that needs to be resolved, but it is our

6 contention that the monthly rent is 385. So to the degree

7 we are behind in rent it is because Ms. Millard refuses to

8 accept rent and we are ready and able if I understand

9 Mr. Canada correctly -- able to pay any past due rent at

10 this time.

11 MS. MILLARD: Your Honor, I have proof that each

12 month he has paid me 485 in rent in my bank deposits that I

13 can show.

14 THE COURT: You'll need to bring that. So what

15 I'm going to do is continue this hearing for you to

16 do that.

17 MS. MILLARD: Your Honor may I make one more

18 statement?

19 THE COURT: Yes.

20 MS. MILLARD: The -- the -- they interviewed me

21 for 15 minutes on that tape. They showed five seconds of

22 what I said. And I did not say that I was evicting him for

23 that. I said that -- San Bernardino did not allow the

24 growing -

25 THE COURT: I'll interpret the tape as I see it.

26 So I'll continue this until another date.
