18                                AUTHORITY FOR POST TRIAL BRIEF

19     This Unlawful Detainer trial spanned three dates; June 9, 2004, June 23, 2004 and July 7,

20 2004.  At the conclusion of the trial the parties agreed with the Court's acquiescence, to submit

21 written briefs in lieu of closing arguments.  The briefs were to be filed by July 14, 2004 with service

22 by fax.  Additionally, Defendant agreed to file and serve by fax a certified transcript of a taped video

23 newscast.  A certified copy of the transcript is attached hereto as Exibit A.
