12      A I'm a deputy sheriff with San Bernardino County

13 Sheriff's Department assigned to the Narcotics Division

14      Q How long have you been a deputy sheriff?

15      A 15 years.

16      Q How long have you been assigned to the Narcotics

17 Division?

18      A Almost two years.

19      Q Deputy could you explain to the court some of

20 your job duties as your assignment is with the drug

21 contingent,

22      A Sure. We conduct surveillances, investigations

23 into various types of narcotics activity to include

24 Methamphetamine, methamphetamine manufacturing,

25 cultivation, cultivation for sales, sales of illegal

26 narcotics, and so on.
