1       Q How full was the container?

2       A I would have to refer to my report to tell you

3  exactly.

4         I remember it being about half full.

5         Approximately half full.

6       Q okay.

7       A There was other items of paraphernalia

8  associated with the use of marijuana such as smoking

9  pipes, pill bottles that were labeled A and B, and a third

10 one labeled "stevia", I believe.

11      Q Did you look inside those bottles?

12      A They were glass and clear and I was able to see

13 seeds inside.

14      Q Were you able to determine what type of seeds?

15      A From my training and experience I recognized

16 them as marijuana seeds.

17      Q Did you find any ziplock baggies in there?

18      A I believe these came from another drawer.

19      Q What drawer?

20      A The right-hand far drawer, I believe, had some

21 used baggies. Some of which had a medical marijuana stamp

22 on them. As my memory serves me, I believe there was a

23 new box of clear sandwich baggies in that left desk drawer

24 we were talking about previously.

25      Q Maybe I was getting ahead of myself.

26        This was all in the living area; is that

27 correct?
