1  Can you tell the court what that is.

2       A Yes. This is a request for analysis. I

3  recognize my writing, my name is on here with a report

4  number. The items that I collected, A through E, showing

5  random samples of suspected marijuana, and then a large

6  bag of suspected marijuana. In parenthesis, it says,

7  "Please weigh."

8       Q That large bag at the bottom, which I believe is

9  marked Item E-3?

10      A That's correct.

11      Q Can you tell us how you got that large bag.

12 Is that what you described when you said you put

13 everything into a bag?

14      A Yes. After I collected the five random samples

15 from the different plants I placed all the rest of the

16 remaining suspected marijuana into a large grocery bag and

l7 then that was sent along with the five random samples to

18 sheriff's crime lab.

19      Q Now, according to those results did the crime

20 lab weigh that bag?

21      A Yes, they did.

22      Q How much did it weigh?

23      A 545.98 grams.

24      Q And were there samples taken from that by the

25 crime cab to determine if they are marijuana?

26      A It says, additionally on page 2 here, several

27 plants are contained within Item E-3. One of those was

28 examined. Now labeled item 3-A. A green leafy plant
