10      A I was told that by Detective Barta as well as

11 Sergeant Sanders who was present at the scene. 

12      Q Did they have conversations with Mr Canada?

13      A Yes.

14      Q According to your observation -- well did your

15 observations lead you to believe that only one person

16 lived there or more than one person?

17      A One person that I collected mail from, after the

18 authorization of the search warrant that was in Mr.

19 Canada's name.
