2  laid. I do object to this being conclusive proof of the

3  doctor's qualifications to make the prescription and

4  conclusive proof of his need for that prescription.

5       So with that limited purpose then, I'll submit

6  to you.

7       Q (BY MR. SASNETT) With respect to the

8  physician's statements do you recall whether there was a

9  doctor's name and telephone number on there?

10      A Yes, there is.

11      Q Did you ever make any attempt to contact that

12 person?

13      A On this particular case, no I did not

14      MR. SASNETT: No further questions, your Honor.

15      MR. ADAMS: No redirect your honor.

16      THE COURT: Witness excused?

17      MR. SASNETT: No objection.

18      MR. ADAMS: I would like him to stay as my

19 investigating officer for now if that is okay.

20      THE COURT: Next witness.

21      MR. ADAMS: People have no further witnesses your

22 Honor, make a motion that the defendant be held to answer

23 for the crime as charged in count 1.

24      MR. SASNETT: Could I have just a moment.
