3 Q I am showing Mr. Canada what has been admitted
4 into evidence as No. 1 for identification, headed at the
5 top, "Physician's Statement."
6 Mr. Canada, would you take a minute to look at
7 that exhibit.
8 A It would help if I had my glasses, but it is
9 mine.
10 Q The record should reflect we handed Mr. Canada
11 his eyeglasses. Take a look at Exhibit No. 1
12 Mr. Canada do you recognize what that is a copy
13 of?
14 A Yes, I do.
15 Q What is it?
16 A It is my recommendation from Dr. Sterner for
17 medical marijuana.
18 Q Did you have that posted around your house in
19 various places, or at least the original?
20 A Yes I did. I had copies posted in the bedroom
21 and also in the closet.
22 Q Have you consulted Dr. Sterner about any medical
23 conditions you may have?
24 A Yes, I have.
25 Q Were you diagnosed by Dr. Sterner?
26 A Actually, no. I was diagnosed, I had a
27 disability hearing and so I am disabled, and I have
28 documents here.
