2       A He examined me and he confirmed the diagnoses.

4       Q And pursuant to his confirmation of your

5  diagnoses, what were you diagnosed as?

6       A Bipolar disorder, major depression. I also have

7  carpel tunnel syndrome, shooting pains. They come two

a  ways through here and they come through here.

9       Q Did Dr. Steiner suggest anything that might

10 relieve your symptoms?

11      A Actually, no. I told him that I had been a 

12 medical marijuana patient for a number of years and that I

13 used medical marijuana successfully. And also that I have

14 tried a number of medications. Just about everything.

15      Q Did he have a suggestion based on your medical

16 history that you disclosed to him?

17      A The reason I am pausing is because I don't

18 remember him suggesting I use marijuana. I remember me

19 telling him I use it. It works. He said he would

20 recommend that I continue to do so.

21      Q And did he recommend that you continue to do so?

22      A Yes, he did.

23      Q Is that recommendation contained in the

24 physician's statement that has been marked No. 1 for

25 identification?

26      A Yes, it is. Actually, the first one was six

27 months previous.
