1       A Actually, that was the first appointment I had,

2  that was done by a man named David Herrrick who was his

3  assistant at the time.

4       Q Did Mr. Herrick sit there and explain?

5       A Yes, he did.

6       Q When was that?

7       A That was in November. If I had my first

8  statement I could tell you because the statement date is

9  on there. It was in November shortly after the Supreme

10 Court decision which allowed doctors -

15 recollection.

16      Q (BY MR. Adams Do you remember roughly what

17 year it was?

18      A I remember exactly what year it was. It was

19 2002.

20      Q Did you talk with either Dr. Herrick or Dr.

21 Sterner since then about the law?

22      A I have frequent conversations with David Herrick

23 about the law.

24      Q Have you had any discussions about the 2003

25 amendments and changes to the law?

26      A 2003 amendments and changes?

27      Q Specifically, the one passed in October of 2003?
