5       A I assume he did. I am not a doctor. I don't

6  know what a full physical examination is.

7       Q Did he do any type of examination to confirm

8  whether or not you are bipolar?

9       A No, he accepted the good U.S. Government's word

10 for that.

11      Q Did he also accept the 1996 diagnosis of 

12 depression given by the government?

13      A Yes, he took the government's word for that

14 too.

15      Q What kind of test did he give you to determine

16 whether or not you have carpal tunnel?

17      A I believe that is also in my disability

18 decision. I told him I used cannabis for these

19 conditions.

20      Q What about the muscle spasms?

21 Was he able to determine independently whether

22 or not you had those muscle spasms?

23      A Yes I believe I mentioned that to him. I get

24 cramps. I get cramps.

25      Q So you get cramps. Where do you get the cramps?

26      A In the chest, in the legs, Charlie horses, my

27 muscles cramp. I don't know why. It could be stress.
