Q Now, let's talk a little bit about your plants.

You heard the deputy testify about the location

 believe in the bedroom.

Do you recall how many plants you had growing

when the deputy served the search warrant?

A Yes I do. Would you like descriptions of them?

Q How about just the number?

     A Twenty total.

Q You had 20 plants total?

     A That's correct.

Q How many were growing in that back closet the

one that the deputy described as an addition?

     A Twelve.

Q And the rest were in that back bedroom?

     THE COURT: Redirect.

MR. SASNETT: Nothing further your Honor.

     THE COURT: Witness excused?

          Any other witnesses?

MR. SASNETT: No your Honor. I would ask the court

however, to take judicial notice of Hea1th and Safety Code

section 11362.5 commonly called the Compassionate Use Act.
