14      I believe it is six mature, 12 immature. The

15 deputy testified he testified that he saw at least eight

16 to 10 mature and also a total of 20. And also -

18      MR. ADAMS: 11362.77. It is actually not in the blue

19 book. I am reading it from an MCLE handout

20      THE COURT: What are the limits that are proposed?

21      MR. ADAMS: Eight ounces of dried herb, six mature or

22 12 immature.

23      MR. SASNETT: Your Honor, excuse me for interrupting,

24 Mr. Adams.

25      Could I inquire as to the effective dates of

26 that legislation?

27      MR. ADAMS: I thought the effective date was signed
